Machining Workshop
It is equipped with all kinds of automated precision production equipment to improve the quality and accuracy of fitness equipment to a new height. At present, the machining workshop has a total of 2 Farlilai automatic large-scale laser cutting machines and 2 large-scale laser pipe cutting machines jointly developed by us and manufacturers. These machines can process arbitrary graphics, and the processing accuracy is high, the speed is fast, the cutting gap is narrow, the heat affected zone is minimal, and the cutting surface is smooth and burr-free. The machining accuracy is 10 times that of traditional machine tools, and the efficiency is extremely high, which can meet the customized needs of customers. In addition, the machining workshop is also equipped with a series of CNC machining equipment such as gantry milling, machining center, CNC drilling and milling machine, which provides a favorable guarantee for improving the processing accuracy and product quality of product parts.
Welding Workshop
Welding is the main process of fitness equipment, we have planned 100 automatic welding robots, the selection of Kawasaki robot and Panasonic welding machine imported from Japan, the welding quality is good, the welding bead is beautiful and strong. The exhaust system adopts a fully enclosed type to create a clean working environment for employees, and the exhaust gas is filtered in multiple layers to meet the requirements of environmental protection.

Dust-free Workshop
The dust-free workshop mainly assembles products with high precision, such as body measuring instruments. The dust-free workshop can remove particles in the air, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within the workshop, and control the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, and static electricity within the required range, which can fully meet the environmental cleanliness requirements for the production of high-precision products.
